Return Policy


We try to accommodate all customers when purchasing products. In doing so, please contact us immediately after receiving your order if there is an error so that we will have an opportunity to correct the issue. We sincerely want you to LOVE what you've purchased. Returns sent without our authorization will be discarded and no credit will be given. All unauthorized returns will be refused. All claims must be made immediately of the delivery date (within 5 days of delivery). If your package has been marked as delivered and you have not received your order, contact us immediately (within in 5 days of delivery) so we can start a claim for you.


Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us is the customer's responsibility unless there's an error on our part. 

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. 


Damaged Packages, Spillage and Breakage

Do not accept a badly damaged package!!!!! All orders leave our premises in good condition. Contact the shipping carrier IMMEDIATELY if Damage, Spillage or Breakage has occurred.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on Skincare items such as designer fragrance type body oils, designer fragrance type sprays and designer fragrance type lotions/body butters due to sanitary reasons. Please make your selections carefully because the products are made to order. If there is an error, please inform us so that we may correct your order. Orders are custom blended and therefore not returnable. To help you decide if you'd like to purchase the many fragrance type body oils available, please call our office to request a free sample before ordering. Shipping and handling cost is $9.99. You may choose up to 5 free samples. Only free samples can be requested. Please email us at to request your samples. 

For in store exchanges or store credit, the original receipt has to be available or we maybe able to search your customer profile. These types of transactions are allowed within 3 days of your in store purchase.  

Fragrance Burning oils are non-refundable.



We have a wide inventory of merchandise and it is impossible to list every item. New Items arriving continuously stocked and closed outs. Prices are subject to change without notice, certain items can be discontinued without notice. Ask about our Monthly Specials.

Sales Tax 

Sales tax of 9.75% is charged on all orders shipping anywhere in Tennessee. Outside Tennessee sales will not be charged tax.

All returns must be shipped back to Ceed Fragrances using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation) 

 Any package that has not been received by Ceed Fragrances and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange. Hopefully, this time frame will be shorter but because of the increased delivery from major shippers, it could take up to 14 days. 

If your package is returned to Ceed Fragrances marked as \"refused\", \"unclaimed\", or \"undeliverable\", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $12.99 re-shipping fee.
